Include your original packing slip with reason for return in the package. For exchanges be sure to fill out clearly what size and color you want to exchange for. 

All items being returned or exchanged must be done within 30 days of delivery date. They must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact. If items are not in new condition they will be returned to you and not refunded. Bellalete reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the merchandise does not meet the Return and Exchange Policy.
